Quai Administration Services Ltd and Quai Investment Services Ltd today announced the appointment of Tim Sargisson as Chair, strengthening the group’s governance, strategic direction, and industry engagement as it continues its growth in the UK wealth and platform infrastructure market.

Sargisson brings extensive leadership experience across adviser networks, platforms, and wealth management businesses. His career includes senior executive and Board roles spanning governance, regulatory oversight, and commercial transformation. He is widely recognised for championing high standards across the advice and platform sectors, with a particular focus on Consumer Duty, operational resilience, and customer outcomes.

Quai Digital provides modern, modular administration, custody, and technology solutions for wealth managers, adviser firms, and digital investment propositions. The group has grown rapidly as firms seek scalable, compliant infrastructure built for a post‑Consumer Duty environment.

Commenting on his appointment, Tim Sargisson said:

Quai represents exactly what the UK wealth sector needs right now — modern technology, strong governance, and a clear commitment to delivering better outcomes for advisers and their clients. I’m delighted to take on the role of Chairman at a time when firms are looking for partners who can help them navigate regulatory expectations while building propositions that are fit for the future.”

“The industry is undergoing profound change. Consumer Duty has raised the bar on value, transparency, and operational discipline. Quai is exceptionally well positioned to support firms through that shift, offering the infrastructure and expertise needed to deliver consistently high‑quality service at scale. I look forward to working with the team as we continue to strengthen the business and support our clients’ ambitions.”

Tony Webb, CEO at Quai Digital, added
“Tim’s experience and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to expand our capabilities and support a growing number of firms seeking modern, resilient administration and investment services. His understanding of adviser needs and regulatory expectations aligns perfectly with our mission.”

The Board would like to thank Mike Graham for his leadership and commitment over the past 14 years as Chair. As he transitions to a Non-Executive Director role, the business will continue to benefit from his experience and deep understanding of the group.
