The client needed to transition their ISA and GIA administration and portfolio management services from their existing provider. They also wanted to explore adding new investment products, requiring a seamless transition that would not disrupt ongoing portfolio management.
We began by thoroughly assessing their operating model and capturing all business requirements.
Working closely with the client, we developed a transition plan to migrate all client assets over a weekend, ensuring no disruption to their service. After the successful transition, we introduced a Junior ISA and a white-labeled SIPP, managing the migration from a third party.
