Recognizing the complexity and cost of traditional investing, they set out to simplify the process for those with basic financial needs. Regulated by the FCA, they are committed to delivering professional guidance that genuinely meets customers’ needs.
To support their vision, the client needed a robust back-office solution capable of handling white-labelled ISA, SIPP, and GIA product administration. The solution had to be seamless and fully integrated with their front-end website, ensuring a smooth experience for both the client and their customers.
We collaborated closely with the client to build the operational engine behind their platform.
Our role included developing a comprehensive administration solution, covering everything from investor setup to withdrawals and investments across various models. We ensured the system was fully compliant, secure, and capable of managing all aspects of cash management, trading, and custody.
In April 2017, the client successfully launched their full service, offering ISA, SIPP, and GIA products. The flexibility of the solution allows investors to choose between advised and execution-only routes, making financial advice more accessible and tailored to individual needs. This launch marked a significant step forward in empowering the next generation of investors.
